Squared Away Training Ltd is a Buckinghamshire-based management and leadership development company operating nationally to meet the needs of public and private organisations.  Our trainers and associates have worked in both sectors for several years, enabling us to draw on their extensive experience in all aspects of training from the design through to the delivery of  modern bespoke training solutions.

Keith Flanagan founded Squared Away Training following a successful 28-year career in the Royal Air Force. During that time, he has designed, delivered and evaluated training courses for some of the best talent that the Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force have to offer.

 

Keith honed his management and leadership knowledge following his experiences during real-time events from around from the globe and has adapted them to suit the needs of corporate organisations.

He has a number of Masters-level qualifications in Leadership, Management, Learning and Development. He is also a registered Myers Briggs Practitioner (MBTI: Psychometric profiling) and is accredited by Belbin Associates for 'team role evaluation'.
